Technical Sales Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Functional Role :
- Own the technical decisions with customers' for cloud and allied Business Applications.
- Lead business value and technical conversations, presentations, workshops and demonstrations aligned to each individual customer's specific business needs.
- Remove technical, competitive, and security blockers to accelerate Customer's sales opportunities.
- Work with the sales team within the region and other resources to land sales strategy for each customer opportunity.
- Able to identify opportunities that meet Client's financial parameters and customer needs through matching the best fit for customer and implementation with the best fit MS partner
- High degree of knowledge of License/Services offerings, with a strong ability to communicate software solutions for the company
- Able to solve problems with customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.
Professional Experience :
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Knowledge of any Vernacular languages would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Azure (Mandatory)
- Min 2 Yrs of experience in any of the following areas (4 Yrs is preferred)
- Pre-Sales with 60-70% Technical & 30-40% Sales inclination
- (Cloud Solution /Consulting/Implementing/Training & Handholding etc.,)
- Tech Support Environment (Consumer/Commercial)
- Server(s) Administration Experience (Any O/S, DB, App & Utility Servers)
- Technical Analyst/Consultant in Cloud-related/SW product environment
- Any other role where H/W, N/W, Servers & Cloud exposure with Hands-On.
- Experience in working in the support environment and having done incident management.
- Good oral and written English communication.
- IT infrastructure knowledge required
- Local language fluency
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- College degree - preferably in Business or IT
- Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Large Businesses.
- Handling Large/ Premium Account Management experience preferred
- Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
