Technical Sales Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Greetings from Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd. We are a NASSCOM certified company. We Are currently hiring for Inbound Technical Sales Process for Night Shift. Recommendation of technical help through easy steps, Handling Inbound calls and Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills.
Software or Service packages to be sold
Salary date on 1st of every month
Appraisal - 15-50% increment after 9 month
Referral and joining bonus
Unlimited incentive- Spot/Monthly/Performance Bonus

6 Working Days. One Rotational OFF
Timings:
Night Shift (US) 08:00PM TO 06:00 AM
Desired Profile :
- Candidates with 6 months experience in International Outbond Tech process are preferable.
- Excellent Communication skill with very fluency in English
- Should be Minimum 18 years of age and maximum 32
- Should be able to to close the calls.
- Should be confident, positive, full of energy
- Should be Minimum 12th pass.
