Technical Sales Professional - Electrical/Electronics Product/Medical Devices (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with appropriate electrical solutions and product.
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share within the assigned territory or sector.
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotes to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure product availability, lead times, and optimal solutions are delivered to clients.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, offering technical assistance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their ongoing capacitor needs and providing timely support.
- Follow up on sales leads, gather customer feedback, and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise and Consultation:
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge related to electrical Industrial components.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and market developments to provide the most relevant recommendations to customers.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management. o Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical product sales or sales engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products, systems, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in the electrical sector. Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electrical distribution products or systems.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
