Technical Sales Officer - Decorative Paints (1-4 yrs)
Educational Background and Work Experience:
Diploma in Paint Technology, B. Tech (Surface Coating)
1-4 years- experience in paint industry
English & Telugu language proficiency is must.

- Building technical expertise through product knowledge, exploring problem-solution mechanism and providing developmental input to R & D, Marketing.
- Exploring new products, tools & services through cross-industrial expertise and implementing the same within the given time frame.
- Product seeding through market trials, on-ground implementation of go to market strategy.
- Impacting the process efficiency through creating IT enablers for salesforce & painting contractors.
- Analyzing service processes, conducting gap analysis, devising & implementing innovative measures, and monitoring service quality through audit & corrective measures to improve the customer experience..
- Delivering support to Sales Team for boosting key product sales through ongoing field training and developing a mechanism to track the leading indicators.
- Devising new measures to optimize contractor life cycle management by driving various contractor engagement programs, capability building exercises and continuous monitoring of programs in alignment with set objectives.
- Managing CRM interface to improve sales team response time and providing timely resolution.
Critical Tasks:
- Augmented contractor satisfaction through successful implementation of Contractor Loyalty Program which helps in reduction in attrition thereby improving customer experience.
