Technical Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager - Tyre (4-5 yrs)
1. Achieve budgeted sales volumes through new business developments for the specified products.
2. Lead generation & follow up on enquiries to translates them into tangible business.
3. Preparing techno commercial proposals and lead further discussions with prospective customers culminating in additional business.
4. Work closely with the Tech/QC/Logistics team and follow up on new development activities, sampling, vendor approvals and resolving customer complaints.
5. To collate market information of competing products and technologies.
6. Reporting spotted opportunities for needful attention of the management
7. Provide inputs based on customer feedback for idea generation for new products and applications.
8. Managing Account Receivable by timely follow up on payments.
The Candidate should have :
- Good knowledge of Rubber Goods Processing Industry (both Tyre & Non Tyre) & application processes, Industry Trends.
- Established relationships and current contacts in the Industry to drive sales and new business developments.
- Able to independently generate leads and convert them to meaningful sales volumes.
- Prior experience in cost estimation, price negotiation, offer making.
- Good commercial understanding of trade dynamics, duties, taxes, benefits schemes and transactions.
- Team Player and willingness to Travel.
