Technical Sales Manager - Agri (5-10 yrs)
Qualification: BSC/MSC(Agriculture) / B. Sc (Agri) & MBA
Exp:
1. Hassan : 5 to 8 yrs of work experience in handling Ginger, Banana, plantation crops
2. Villupuram-Tamil Nadu: 5 to 8 yrs of work experience in handling Paddy Water Melon Banana
Competencies required :
Should be Very Strong in Filed Work, Required Experience in Plantation crop with Technical Knowledge, Good Trade Handling
Job Responsibilities :
1. Is responsible for sales results and for the territory management in the assigned area, according with strategies and priorities agreed;
2. Is in charge to take commercial orders from customers (if not centrally sent)
3. Monitors the respect of agreed price positioning
4. Supports technically relevant end-users and Trains the Distributor staff
5. Organizes demo trials, field days, promotional activities and manages the local commercial initiatives.
