Job Description :
- Handling Project sales, Communicating with Builders, Architects and Engineers.
- Site Visits, Lead Generation
- Working on majorly Project handling
Relationship Management (35%) :
- Take end to end ownership of Identified Key Accounts ensuring improvement in engagement.
- Developing personal connect with multiple stakeholders in the Influencer Firm - Head Interior Design/Architecture/Structural Consultant, Team Leads, Project Heads, BOQ Specialist and Mapping of Mapping of all details of the personnel such as Contact Number / Email Id / DOB / Special Interests. (Monitoring / revision on every 3 months basis)
- Become Single point contact for the assigned Influencers.
- Gather regular feedback from assigned Influencers on the quality of solutions, services and engagement that will be recorded on the system.
