Technical Sales Associate (1-5 yrs)
- Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly
- Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business)
- Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner
- Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
- Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer's queries
