Technical/Email Support Role - UK Process - B2B SaaS Platform (0-2 yrs)
Tech Support (Email) - UK Process
- A B2B SaaS platform helping restaurants in digital transformation. With our offering restaurants can manage/automate their online presence be it on their own websites/apps or any of the leading food delivery platforms - Zomato, Swiggy, Amazon Foods Deliveroo, Talabat, HungerStation, Jahez, etc. in the simplest manner.
- At present, we are processing nearly 3 million transactions every month and partnered with 12,000+ restaurants across India and the Middle East. The most dening aspects of our work are related to - consistency, reliability, scalability, and agility. We make use of a wide variety of technologies and process signicantly large amounts of data on a daily basis.
- We are looking for someone who can work on complex problem statements involving cross-functional teams, with multiple stakeholders where time, resources, and expectations are to be managed very closely.
What you will do ?
- Possess in-depth knowledge about the various products of the company.
- Understand and learn to use all critical tools, dashboards, and applications available for debugging an issue.
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Maintain the Service Level Agreement & CSAT goals for the Support Team.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve all customer-related queries.
We are looking for someone who has :
- Relevant experience in the Merchant Support domain
- Ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions.
- Has prior experience working on a ticketing tool, CRM, etc.
- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people.
- Flexibility in working in different shifts.
Nice to have :
- Experience with Freshdesk, Kibana and Github.
