Position : Senior content Writer
Location : Kumaraswamy layout, Bangalore
Experience : 4-8 Years
Qualification : B.E. ECE/IT/ Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field.
Job Description :
- Research Telecom industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write content for our blog, guest posts adhering to SEO best practices (UK English)
- Content marketing approach to drive organic reach and build brand awareness
- Ability understand software SAAS product and produce technical documentation, including user guides.
- Any experience on creative product presentation will be added bonus
- Update website content as needed
- Deliver non-plagiarized content with consistency in style, fonts, images and tone
- Develop content calendar and collaborate with the marketing team to scale content buckets
- Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, developers, and product marketing team
- Update, edit, and proofread written materials such as product manuals, user manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs
- Ability to meet deadlines
- HTML/CSS skills
Requirements :
- Good communication skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Technical writer preferably in a international software based company
- Creative, well organized and collaborative
- Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
