We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer and Social Media Manager with a strong background in IT writing and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in creating technical content for IT Software services, as well as managing social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create engaging and informative technical content for various platforms including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website content.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, technologies, and topics related to IT and digital marketing.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.

- Manage and maintain social media profiles, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Monitor social media channels for industry news, trends, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical content writing and social media management, preferably in the IT industry.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
