Technical Content Writer - FMCD Products (2-4 yrs)
- Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and installation guides for FMCD products.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather information and understand product features and functionalities.
- Develop clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Ensure consistency in documentation style and format across various materials.
- Update and revise existing documentation to reflect product changes, enhancements, and feedback from users.
- Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Utilize various documentation tools and software to create and publish documents efficiently.
- Implement best practices for documentation, including version control and content management.
Skills Required :
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the FMCD industry.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation processes and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word).
- Familiarity with content management systems and version control systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design tools to create visuals for documentation is a plus.
