Technical Content Writer - Digital Marketing Firm (4-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
2. Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
3. Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
4. Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
5. Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and guides for Users.
6. Creating and working on various platforms like QA, cloud, big data, Testing, new technologies, etc. in coordination with the entire team.
What are we looking for :
1. Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
2. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
3. Excellent written skills in English.
4. Knowledge of the latest technology trends.
5. Minimum 4 years of experience in the field.
