Role Responsibilities :

- Coming up with content goals and strategies and pitching ideas to the Marketing and Communications

Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good SEO techniques.

- Developing content for blogs, articles, Landing pages, product descriptions, social media, Client and company's website.

- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write

- To build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

- Planning, Editing, and proofreading of the content.

- Conducting research on the given topics to come up with engaging content that provides in-depth knowledge of the same.

- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

- Must have a good command over the English language

- Should have basic knowledge of SEO

- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
