Technical Business Development Role - Furniture (4-6 yrs)
- Explore existing/potential customers and project opportunities in DESKLINE segment.
- Generate leads of potential decision makers, influencers like Architects, Project Management
- Consultants & Commercial Office Furniture Manufacturers (OFMs), contact them and establish business opportunities for DESKLINE SBU.
- Should have experience in prospecting market stakeholders like Architects, Designers & Project Management Consultants in Real Estate /Commercial Property Development market segment.
- Responsible for Specifying DESKLINE product/solutions for commercial furniture projects tenders with various key stakeholders.
- Define and establish the targeted decision makers in Commercial Office Furniture market
segment DESKLINE segment) and visit them to generate business.
- Help marketing team to maintain all relevant data in terms of campaigns, activities, leads, marketing lists etc. in CRM environment.
- Define, plan, execute and evaluate marketing activities and DESKLINE campaigns in all relevant marketing channels, e.g., social media, industry papers, click dimensions etc.
- Plan and participate in local trade shows for DESKLINE business segment.
- Feedback on competitive information where relevant to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate with all relevant departments at HQ and subsidiaries.
- Other sales relevant activities as required.
Work Experience and Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in project sales ( both Greenfield and Brownfield) for office furniture or workspace projects in the real estate/commercial property development market segment.
- Sales experience with premium brands or service-oriented industry preferable
- Team Player with interdepartmental /cross functional team working
- Creative Problem solving
- Influencing Skills
