Techmind - Senior Executive - Telecalling - Admission Domain (0-5 yrs)
Role Details:
We seek dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Callers and Senior Executives to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact prospective students and their families, provide them with detailed information about our programs, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from provided leads.
2. Provide information about courses, admission criteria, and deadlines.
3. Address inquiries and resolve concerns to build trust with potential candidates.
4. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion to applications.
5. Maintain and update records of calls and student interactions in the CRM.
6. Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets.
7. For senior Executives: Supervise junior team members and provide training/support as needed.
