Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales enthusiast to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with up to 1 years of experience in sales to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve maximum sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively seek out potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
