Responsibilities and Duties
1: Development and implementation of outbound sales strategies
2: Lead, guide, and manage the team of business development executives and inside sales
3: Forecast sales target and ensure they are met
4: Drive and meet quarterly sales numbers
5: Understand the company's goals and align the business development strategies to achieve the growth
Required Candidate profile
1. Strong experience in B2B IT services sales in the international market
2. Must have done end-to-end sales with at least 1-2 years of experience in sales team management.
3. Should have excellent written and spoken English skills.
4. Develop strong business relationships with new business accounts; explore and understand complex customer requirements.
5. Develop and execute Business Plan, Sales Funnel, Sales Realization and collection in coordination with existing EUROPE Regional sales team.
6. Bring visibility of the existing solutions in EUROPE Region and target right clients/ customer base.
7. Analyse the range of our offerings in the business segment and suggest ways to strengthen sales.
8. Work with industry heads and C Level to build long term Business Relations.
9. Create pipeline dash board to map the progress and execute corrective actions
10. Ability to establish long team customer relationships and bring repeat business.
11. Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and follow the rigors of pipeline management to ensure sales targets on a quarter-on-quarter basis with weekly goals to be managed by a high degree of forecast accuracy.
