- Have an understanding of search engine behaviour, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
- Work towards enhancing and building the organisation's reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
- Experience in managing Customer feedback review & inquiries on Facebook
- Giving reply to incoming comments. Deal with negative and positive comments.
- Monitor and Moderate the Social Media platforms.
- Customer engagement: Engage one on one with our customers on various social media platforms and be the Voice of company across Facebook mainly and other social media platforms.
- Brand building & reputation management: Identify avenues for proactive customer engagement on social media. The consultant is expected to convert a dissatisfied customer into a happy one.
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations: Ability to judge a situation and provide appropriate solutions
- Great written and verbal communication skills
