Techizer Tech Solutions - Executive - Customer Service/Telecalling (1-5 yrs)
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi & Kannada/ Malyalam or Bengali (Read, Write & Speak)
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming queries
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Should be able to work with a Team
- Good at Computers
- Work would be 80% Tele-calling and 20% assisting the execution team.
- Knowledge of Excel
- Attend 120-150 calls a day(compulsory)
