Job description (Immediate joiner-15 days)
Role & Responsibility :
- As an IT Account Manager (Bench Sales) the person should have proven hands-on experience in Marketing IT Technical Consultants in the India/US Market.
- You would be working on recruiting and placing IT Technical Consultants in the Primary and secondary market.
- You should be capable in building and training Bench Sales Executives and Recruiters in Market Research, Analysis, Recruiting and Selling Technical Consultants in the Primary/Secondary Market.
- Cold Calling, Conduct active account sales calls, both independently and together with business development executives
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business. Expand vendor relations to channelize steady flow of requirements.
- Work as a key member in the leadership team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
- Identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales and recruiting.
- Develop and practice good governance in creating positive energy to deliver expected results
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have strong experience in IT Staffing.
- Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target.
- Very Strong communication and inter personal skills.
- Hiring & Placing Bench Resource Candidates experience
- Good comm skills (written and verbal both)
