Techila Global Services - Account Manager - Inside Sales (2-5 yrs)
Lead Generation :
1. Generate highly qualified sales lead with high opportunity conversion ratio forthe field sales team based out of USA.
2. Reaching out to the Prospects through various channels for Qualifying a lead - Cold Call, LinkedIn / Emails and incoming leads.
3. Manage the entire account lifecycle from account strategy, customer engagement, solution development and contract negotiation; meet or exceed quarterly revenue quota
4. Build and manage healthy pipeline through prospecting, nurturing, follow up with the prospect.
5. Develop, maintain and grow executive relationships in your target account to expand revenue potential.
6. Work with all levels of GTM leadership to continuously improve key sales management processes like territory planning, lead/pipeline/opportunity management and KPI reporting.
7. Maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
Account Management :
1. Build on exiting account of Techila for Support projects, Cross sell, up sell,new module implementation.
2. Conduct high level conversation with C-level and VP- level people.
3. Utilize Solution selling and value selling to the existing set of accounts.
4. Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.
5. Leverage the Technical team for customer presentation, Demo, POC and addressing any technical query.
Requirement :
- Ideal candidate would have 2-5 years of IT sales experience in selling SAAS based solution to the US market.
- Proven track record to consistently achieving revenue number.
- Experience In selling Enterprise solution to C- level executives.
- Strong communication skills, motivated and self driven.
- Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Organized, Techno savvy and strong relationship building skills.
- Past experience in working and maintaining CRM.
