Job Description :
- The person would be the part of the sales team at TechBulls Softtech Pvt Ltd. He/She would be responsible for validating interest, qualifying and closing relevant inbound & outbound prospects for our services.
- The role is focused on developing a new market for TechBulls and will require focus on lead generation as well as sales revenue achievements.
- It is an individual contributor role wherein the person would work with a small but highly competitive and effective sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct outreach campaigns through prospective emails/phone calls.
- Drive discovery/1st level discussions with interested leads.
- Unearth the pain points/challenges of the prospect.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Drive advance Demos/2nd level interactions for interested prospects.
- Manage the sales cycle from leads to closure.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers.
- Crush your quota.
- Leverage & update the CRM with relevant information.
Experience :
- Previous sales experience in selling in India/North America region is a plus
- Technical know-how and Knowledge of IT Services engagement models (Preferred)
- Exposure to mid-sized start ups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5 years to 8 years of relevant sales experience with at least 2 years of selling software solutions/IT services (Must Have)
