Techatalyst - Executive - Business Development/Field Sales (2-4 yrs)
Job Role & Responsibility:
1. Field Sales Experience in Mumbai City for a minimum of 2+ years.
2. Should have prior work experience of selling software services/products. Preferably SAP or any other ERP services.
3. Understanding of large account management.
4. Experience in handling all aspects of the B2B Sales Process right from prospecting, qualifying, preparing pitch, proposals, negotiating to finalize deals.
5. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
6. Maintain and expand client database.
7. Meet personal targets.
8. Maintain Daily report and provide feedback to management on weekly basis.
9. Evaluate customer skills, needs and built productive long-lasting relationships.
10. Strong Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
The position will have a good variable component based on achievement of the set targets.
