Key Responsibilities : 

- Generation quotation for our Sales team.

- Drafting of AV system schematics for our Sales team and customers

- Work closely with the Sales team to support their initiatives.

- Provide on-site assistance support to dealers and customers at a pre-sales discussion stage.

- Ensure all customers receive world-class support.

- An ability to work, plan & execute independently.

- Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of corporate culture.

- Self-starter with proven ability to constantly learn new software and hardware technologies and an ability to quickly put that learning into practice in support of highly visible real-world projects.

- A clear understanding of the company's play & positioning in the technology space.

- Understanding of Audio & Visual Control system integration field knowledge or equivalent experience in Audio Visual skillset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio applications.

- Experience with drafting software like AutoCAD

- Good basic understanding of Ethernet networking technologies and protocols pertaining to commercial AV systems integration.

- Good to have familiarity with Unified Collaboration, Video Conferencing, Conference and Board Room presentation systems. Proficiency with, and knowledge of, streaming video protocols and technologies including H.264/H.265, Multicast and Unicast RTSP are added advantage.

- Good to have experience with industry leading audio DSPs as applied to AV systems integration.
