Tech Momenta - Executive - Presales (1-4 yrs)
PreSales Executive manages the leads of the company that they receive from various sources, interact with the customer and help the customer to get onboarded on the platform. He/She also interacts with the partners in helping them convert the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interacting with the leads provided - both warm & hot and maximising the conversions
- Lead Management and relationship management with the partners
- Maintenance of MIS in terms of leads received, feedback on each of the leads, conversions made
- Daily reporting to senior management and escalation of customer issues to respective internal departments and follow up until resolved promptly
Skills Needed :
- Pleasing telephone manners and attitude for selling
- Relentless persuasive skills, without being brash
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and atleast one regional language
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with single-minded focus on lead conversion
- Perseverance & hard working nature
- Be willing to support from home during weekends
