Tech Mahindra - Manager - Inside Sales - EMEA (8-10 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced Manager - Business Development & Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our Inside Sales associates team.
- The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire Inside Sales administration process. Liaise with Sales/Marketing and Alliances teams to ensure consistency and increase sales. Demonstrate an understanding of critical business issues and propose solutions that help Inside Sales team meet their business objectives. Formulate Account & Sales strategies in collaboration with the Inside sales associates Inside Sales Team & Geo wise Sales Head. Achieve Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly target commitments as agreed with the Sales Leadership. Should also be able to lead and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve specific goals.
- Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure objectives are met all over.
Inside Sales Management :
- Manage and support Inside Sales team to maximize Qualified Leads through proactive, ongoing and effectual communication.
- Primarily responsible for managing team target achievement.
- Establish and manage Lead and Pipeline generation procedures and operations.
- Develop campaigns concentrating on Capabilities awareness, Branding and Lead generation.
- Oversee Email Marketing campaigns for new leads
- Cold calling on Must Win accounts
- Identify competitive tools for Inside sales team.
- Ensure that the team has updated knowledge of new Services & Platforms.
Team Management :
- Conduct entire management activities inclusive of coaching, evaluating, training, and monitoring performance.
- Train and coach employees to be upbeat in Inside sales process implementation and development of new business.
- Ensure to distribute performance goals to attain individual as well as team goals
- Follow-up with Rainmakers on a timely basis to get meeting feedbacks and Pipeline
- Develop sales and pipeline activity reports along with interact and follow-up with Rainmakers
- Enforce an environment of open interaction to assure affirmative employee morale and effectual conflict resolution. Stimulate creative ideas upward flow for benefit of BPS Inside Sales and its personnel
- Tracking and Reporting of team key performance indicators on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis
- Suggest and implement improvements in the Inside Sales administration process
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Pipeline reports
- Work according to EMEA time zone (has to be flexible to manager operations from 6AM-9PM IST)
