Skills Required :
- Proficient in billing processes, including understanding recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorate charges, auto-pay and surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
- Experience in resolving customer issues related to billing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Clarity in thought processes and ability to articulate thoughts effectively.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with customers.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to make fast decisions independently.
- Willingness to work in a 24-7 environment. (Rotational shifts/5 days a week).
- Customer-centric with logical thinking and spontaneity.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to all queries.
