We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and other digital channels. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

Lead Generation: Must have prior experience in lead generation for B2C and B2B Industries.

Budget Management : Must handle a good amount budget on monthly basis across PPC platforms.

Campaign Objective : Must be worked for lead gen, brand awareness, and shopping campaigns.

Platforms Expertise : Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Quora etc.

Tools Expertise: Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ad Editor, MS-Excel, PPT

Campaigns Expertise: Search, Display, Discovery, P.Max, Meta Lead-gen in-form, and Landing page, etc.

Bidding Strategy Expertise : Must know which bidding strategy to use in different scenarios.

Search Campaigns : Plan, create, and manage effective search campaigns across various platforms.

ROI Focus : Develop and implement ROI-driven strategies, constantly monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ad spend and maximize returns.

Data Analysis : Proficiency in data analysis through various tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio to create report and get insights.

Media Plan : Must be able to create a customized media plan for the client based upon analysis.

Communication Skills : Must be able to interact with clients, understand them, educate them, and helping them to understand the reports and insights.

Knowledge about SEO and SMO is plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

- Co-ordinate with technical team as well as client.

- Excellent English Communication Skills.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management.

Educational Qualification: Graduation (only regular)
