Teamwork Arts - Manager - Delegates Acquisition (4-7 yrs)
- You should be results-driven Sales Professional with expertise in Experiential Selling/Ticket sales with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and sell our festivals delegate packages, both in the Indian and the International market via B2C and B2B partnerships.
- Work on the deliverables for the Delegate package in discussion with the Festival teams
- Market and sell Festival Delegate/Experience Packages to existing and prospective customers
- Establish and maintain positive business and relationships with the Delegates
- Reach out to prospective delegate leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of any query, concerns or complaints raised by the delegates in order to maximize their satisfaction
- Achieve the Festival Delegate Sales targets set in consideration with the Festival Head as per the timelines
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
