Job Profile :
- Develop, implement, and manage a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences for effective content creation.
- Lead brand ideation and conceptualization efforts, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage the agency relationship, providing clear direction and ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media channels, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- We need to look at someone with a creator mindset. Someone who has experience in running their own blog/insta pages.
- Dependency on the creative team to produce high quality content needs to come down as the market has enough tools now, all one needs is good imagination and intent.
