Teamleader - Telesales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Objective: To manage a team of CLX telesales operators to sell the CL product. To ensure high quality of service for both outbound and inbound customers. To motivate and train the team to achieve required conversion rates.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the CLX telesales team
2. Allocation of daily call lists. Assistance with follow-up planning.
3. Target setting and review of the team
4. Motivate and train the team to achieve required results
5. Conduct team meetings
6. Create day end reports and operator performance reports
7. Conduct quality audits and update monitoring scores
8. Inform the CLX team on the issues with the product/process
Key competencies required:
1. Fluency in English
2. Team management skills.
3. Ability to set targets and coach/motivate sales staff towards achieving them.
4. Experience with managing tele-sales staff.
5. Strong organizational skills - able to help operators manage their follow-ups.
6. IT skills - allocation of daily call-lists to individual operators.
