Team Sales Manager - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting
performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Required candidate:
Age: below 39
Experience : 2 to 4 years in the Sales
- The candidate must be okay with a field sales role
- Good Communication & presentable
- Having Own Vehicle is an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Has to Manage Team of 8 to 10 Sales Manager.
- Responsible to train Sales Manager.
- Understand his/her team and able to solve their problems.
- Motivate team to achieve monthly targets.
