We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Team Sales Manager to lead and drive a high-performing sales team at Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of financial advisors while ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Recruitment & Leadership: Identify, hire, and develop a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets individual and collective sales goals within defined timelines.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive market strategies.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and timely reporting of sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
