- Hit and achieve sales targets
- Recruit team and Generate Business through the agents, markets, brokers & team
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer demands
- Manage negotiations with senior-level executives to bottom level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Develop individual assign territories for team members
