Team Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary: A group of sales agents must be hired, trained, and managed by a team sales manager.
Job Purpose: The team sales manager is in charge of creating and implementing successful sales strategies that complement the company's goals and objectives, and reporting sales data and performance to senior management.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Life insurance sales conducted using an agency model.
- Find and train the agents, then use them to bring in business in the designated area.
- In charge of licensing and frequently monitoring activation of the same.
- To regularly meet with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries and to keep organised records of these meetings.
