Team Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Administer all targets and prepare and implement plans for all new businesses and manage contracts.
- Ensure optimal use of all management techniques and negotiate on room rates to increase company profits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with sales staff and organize files for all clients and employers.
- Perform research and conduct surveys on market place and analyze industry strengths and weaknesses.
- Monitor all expenses on travel to reduce department cost and manage communication with all co workers and ensure optimal performance in enterprises.
- Determine all reports as required by organizations, prepare same and participate in various trade shows for organization.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all new and prospective customers and monitor all activities for sales calls.
- Analyze competitor strength and weaknesses and prepare organization strategies to cater to all.
