Team Sales Manager - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Engaging and educating qualified advisors
- During recruitment, pitching a job position to possible advisors
- Ensure that advisors are properly trained on the product, guidelines, and additional selling materials.
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of advisers who assist with daily activity tracking
- Maintaining the performing advisers while giving average performers extra attention requires needs-based training and advisor motivation.
- By accompanying the advisers to client meetings, delivering product and hands-on training.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Should possess good communication & presentation skills,
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
