Team Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We need to hire an experienced Team Sales Manager. You will be responsible for building marketing strategies, putting marketing plans into action, creating sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and producing sales reports in this role.
Job description :
- You should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain Customer relations
- Carrying sales visits, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records.
- Developing new marketing and branding strategies.
- Motivate and develop Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
- Setting targets and advising teams on how to achieve them.
- Traveling to meet with distributors, vendors, and prospective customers
Candidate Information :
Experience: Min. 1 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product marketing, Etc.,)
Age range: 22 to 38
- Graduation Must be Complete.
- Must be local Candidate.
