Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights!
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing relationships, and increase customer loyalty
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance
Candidate requirements :
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
- Any graduate/post graduate
- Any local candidate
