Job Description :
- Handling a team of Relationship Officers who are mapped to the branch catchments to acquire new merchants as well as handling the existing merchant portfolio.
- Responsible in achieving the set targets of ME Acquiring(New & Competition), Volumes and other cross sell products of the bank.
- Responsible in hiring and to ensure desired productivity of relationship officers.
- Handling branch and cross functional relationships to acquire new merchants as well as to get incremental volumes from the existing retails portfolio.
- Position requires good communication, presentation and team handling skills.
- Cross selling of other Banking products like CASA, Mutual Fund, Investment, Credit Card, etc
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Team Player
- Proven track record as sales professional
- Excellent communication skill
