Team Sales Manager - Bank (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Gives the sales team leadership.
- Ensures that quotas are exceeded by inspiring and encouraging the sales staff.
- Examines and analyses operational and sales records and reports; makes use of data to forecast sales, establish goals and targets, and find possible new markets.
- In order to effectively direct sales efforts, and determines and analyze consumer preferences.
- Establishes quotas and assigns regions to sales teams.
- Finds and recommends machinery, goods, or services that will satisfy those needs after consulting with potential clients to learn about their needs.
- Resolves personnel concerns, customer complaints, and other obstacles that can hinder effective sales operations.
- Develops sales targets and strategies in collaboration with corporate leadership.
- Creates a budget for sales; keeps track of and approves the spending.
- Represents the company at meetings of trade associations.
- Does other tasks as directed.
