ROLE: Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Establishing the presence of Team Pumpkin across various geographies

- Reaching out to client various outreach methods and

- Representing Team Pumpkin at networking events

- Formulating pitches and scope of work, commercials for the engagement.

- Developing growth strategies for current and prospective client/brands

- Track competitor activity, build plans effectively counter it.

- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing trends.

Required Skill :

- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience

- Must have proven capability and experience in shaping up and closing deals, ability to work independently, the capability to establish relationships with clients, and the ability to interact and work effectively across all levels.

- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Good interpersonal skills and professional Experience.
