JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for a talented Content Writer to create compelling blog posts, white papers, product descriptions, social media content and web copy. We are looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content.
Responsibilities :
- Write original copy for ads and social networks
- Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues (e.g. Junior Copywriters)
- Mentor, train and lead a team of writers
- Liaise with Designers, Web developers to enrich text with visual aids, like images and charts
- Shape language and tone used in emails, banners and brochures
- Oversee reports on content (e.g. weekly or monthly)
- Ensure all content is up-to-date
- Work on pitches
- Build strategies and generate ideas that drive clients' growth
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Senior Copywriter, Product Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published work
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g. blogs and website) and smaller texts (e.g. social media posts)
- Solid time-management skills
- Bachelors in mass media or Majors in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field
