- Continuous monitoring of the regulatory environment & proactively dealing with matters pertaining to regulatory affairs to deliver desired business outcome for the BU
- Develop the power market strategies with a comprehensive understanding of the Indian Power sector
- Dealing with regulatory matters, ensuring PPA compliance, and dispute resolution
- Ensuring smooth relations with Govt. authorities
- Preparation of MIS & reports, Power Sales accounting, receivables management & realization of sales proceed
- Conduct due diligence as and when required
