Team Member - Customer Resolution - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
- Connect with stakeholders like sales, operations, collections, legal, etc daily for accurate & timely resolution of customer complaints
- Review and approve resolutions for customer complaints submitted by stakeholders & functions
- Procure the required system & people access to resolve customer complaints in time bound manner
- Review & send final responses to team lead for review
- Set up and drive framework to reduce customer complaints and resolution TAT by governance & monitoring
- End to End monitoring, tracking & resolution of customer grievances at L1, L2, L3 & L4 level
- Publish daily, weekly, monthly dashboards to team leads & stakeholders
- Connect with Internal Omnibus on regular basis to take feedback & improve processes to avoid customer complaints
Note :
- The candidate should have the experience of handling client queries and complaints on timely and accurate manner via voice, chat and email process.
- Preferred Background : Banking/NBFC , Social media, insurance, credit card, rural customer support
Note : Its would be normal day shift 5 days working Its voice and email , chat blended process.
