Team Manager - Telesales/Outbound Sales - Education (5-9 yrs)
- We are looking for a Team Manager in its Sales Renewals team. As a Team Manager, you well schedule and conduct structured counseling sessions with students to understand their learning needs.
- Apart from being an individual contributor, you will manage a team of telesales executives.
- You will support your team members to achieve the ambitious targets set for them and be responsible for strengthening our customer base.
- To do so, you will ensure that you and your team are there for the customer every step of the way, which includes understanding their queries and coordinating cross-functionally to get them resolved.
