Team Manager - Sales - Pre Owned Motorcycles (13-20 yrs)
Job Role:
- The role is for new business vertical for the pre-owned motorcycles. The major key offerings is through by this business initiative would be: Pre-Owned, Refurbished, Restored etc of company motorcycles from the customers. The person will be working closely with the dealers and their team to achieve the goals, training the team, customer feedback, etc. and to increase the network presence across the country.
KRA- S (Key Responsibilities Areas):
- Ensure the Vintage dealers do the business as per the company guidelines, standards, etc
- Ensure the dealers team is trained and equipped enough to procure pre-owned motorcycles
- Ensure the dealers team is trained and equipped enough to refurbish, sell them
- Ensure the dealers retail the pre-owned motorcycles as per the guideline prices
- Ensure the dealers update the price matrix on a weekly basis
- To bring in market intelligence, data base building, data maintenance
- To ensure the dealers meet the monthly business target
KPI- S:
- % variance in actual v/s planned Sales plans and budgets
- Improvement in Sales satisfaction index
- Dealer Manpower training
- Dealer performance and retail targets
- MIS Reporting
Scope of Work:
- To achieve the targets as per the company
- Would be leading the field team
- Network development

- Age - 31 years to 36 years
- Qualification - BE, MBA
- Good communication, selling, skills. Go getter. To drive the business.
