Profile Summary :
- Looking for Distribution Strategy/Sales Strategy/Product Manager guy who has experience of min 1year into HFC with HL/LAP product.
Job Context :
- Role holder should have problem solving abilities, execution abilities with analytical mind. This will help our company adapt to changes and grow our distribution with desired productivity levels.
Key Challenges :
- Align processes & field adoption with overall strategy to drive business outcomes
- Manage change at large scale distribution
- Provide support into significant shifts (e.g. shift in strategic focus, in time intervention)
- Engage with Sales Hierarchy in executing effective decisions
- Execute forecasts and analytical models built for improving productivity
- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes
KRAs :
- Implement Initiatives to drive Sales productivity as per defined plan
- Implement the Goal sheet/KPI and Incentive qualification drive for Sales Team
- Implement Distribution Management initiatives: Channel Partners Recruitment, activation & productivity drive
- Competition Benchmarking: Track Industry performance on Productivity & other key metrics Manage Sales Management Process & Productivity Approach
- Monitor the regular rhythm for Sales Hierarchy
- Monitor the field adoption and daily rigor of rhythm
- Monitor the activity management, sales productivity drive & governance mechanism
- Top Locations/Market & Penetration Drive
- Implement Pin code/Tehsil level New APF tie up & New Channel Empanelment drive
- Implement Existing Channel penetration drive
- Implement APF Penetration drive
- Manage Goal Sheet/KPI & Incentive programs for Sales Team
- Enable visibility on Goal sheet/Incentive by defining communication calendar
- Conduct weekly calls with Sales team on Sales Goal sheet/KPI & incentive performance update
- Monthly analysis required - Hits/Misses & action plan to improve
