Team Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Role Synopsis :
- Recruit advisors and business partners.
- Organize the trainings for the regulations
- Conduct business associate meetings every day, every week, and every month.
- Budgeting and monthly goal-setting exercise
- Collaboration in the field with business partners and consultants to source For Business Submission and Issuances for Sales Drive
- Clearance of pending cases for paperwork and health requirements as part of the procedure
- Meet monthly goals and milestones.
- Encourage advisers and business partners to participate in various competitions and sales enhancers.
- Daily updates on the state of the economy and contest eligibility
- Maintain positive relationships with all parties involved, including clients and distributors
- Focus on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Profile of the ideal candidate :
Qualification : A diploma of any kind
- 1-2 minimum years of experience in BFSI or sales and marketing
- The applicant must be a native of the same city.
Age range : 21 to 38
CTC : 2.80 LPA or more
- Excellent presentational skills
